[tropical fish club] yellow water??

 

Hey all,
I have someone on a frog group who says his water is yellow. He has no drift wood in the tank just some rocks, I've asked if he knows what kind of rocks they are but he hasn't told me yet. Any idea's what would cause this? Donna
