My best guess is they are aiptasia but I would recommend doing some research on aiptasia and see if you can confirm it's them or not. If you also have a local knowledgable pet store around there they might also be able to help.
If it turns out they are aiptasia there are a few ways to get rid of them, but with the amount you have it might be easier to take rock out and treat it seperately vs treating it in the tank. I've injected them before with calcium and that works, but you need to make sure you get them all.. another method is to 'kill" the rock, i've used bleach before and then let it sit outside for like a week. the bleach will evaporate off leaving you a clean rock.
Good luck

Thanks to everyone for the feedback. I'm still not sure if I have a problem or not though. How do I tell for sure if these guys are aiptasia (bad - get the rock out asap) or tube worms (good - don't change a thing)??? Would additional pictures help?
