Most places that work with glass have diamond boring bits... I've had tanks drilled at furniture and window manufacturers... but you really need to find out what your tank is made of first, most modern tanks are completely tempered to save on glass thickness, weight and shipping costs. All-Glass/Aqueon for example is now 100% tempered, sides and all... Oceanic still makes some with only the bottom tempered...
Drilling it yourself only requires a good diamond bit and lots of patience. There are plenty of sites showing you how to do it yourself too.
Can you give me more details on the size, brand and date of the tanks? It is very unlikely you'll be able to drill the bottom however, those are usually tempered on any tank made in the last 10 years...
