The 5 is just more powerful and can run up to 4 bulbs... for me I'm always building light fixtures so seeing they cost nearly the same I choose a more flexible ballast thinking one day I will likely use it for another project... the 3 or 33 are perfect replacements for your fixture. If you are concerned about the size, they also make an "L" model which stands for Long:
