My recommendation is to not buy a PC unit. The bulbs cost more and have to be replaced more often than a T5 fixture and the T5 lights penetrate deeper into the water (hold their PAR better too).

Well...........at 3 watts per gal., you are limiting yourself to leathers, shrooms, etc. Actinic PC is not the best, you might want to see if you could add a normal output actinic in there somehow, although if the corals are fine, then go without. Pretty much wait and see..... Rick
