OK, I guess you can mention it :-).

Many decades ago, an old family doctor informed me that human urine (and
I suppose other animals as well) is sterile. That given, it certainly
seems more natural than store bought ammonia.

But since I started planting a tank a month before I add any fish, I
haven't had any cycling problem. I do add fish gradually, not all at
once. I've tested for ammonia every day during that process and never
seen any. Seems the established plants eat it up as fast as it is
generated.
