By "powdered blue" do you mean dwarf gourami? Not a good idea to mix dwarf gouramis and standard gouramis, especially if the tank is small. If these are both standard gouramis (or both dwarf), and if the tank is large enough and decorated well enough, mixing more than one color is fine, just be careful not to crowd them, especially multiple males. They can be quite aggressive when their territory is invaded... and this applies to both standard and dwarf, though the dwarf would not hold its own against the much larger and stronger standard gourami.
If you can offer more information about your tank, what fish are all in it, how big is it, how well decorated/planted (especially the upper 1/2 where gouramis claim territory), etc. then it would be easier to give you an idea of what will and won't work.

Hi all,
I have another silly question for you. Do all the different varieties of
gouramis get along? I have three powder blues, and there's a solitary gold
gourami left at the LFS that I had my eye on today, but I didn't know if
adding that one would unsettle the others (for all I know they're color
blind). Any advice would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Amy
