[fishingtheusaandcanada] Help Please, How and Where to Register with NMFS ?

 

Good afternoon,

 

I have tried finding the link or application page for registering with the NMFS with no success. 

 

I am blind and enjoy a day of fishing if the location is easy to get to, like the Scusset Beach fishing pier along the Cape Cod canal.  Arthritis is now making soft sand and long walks impossible so this pier is very nice even though it’s a 3 hour ride. 

 

If somebody can send me the link and or any other easy to get to locations I and others I know will greatly appreciate this info.
