03/12/11 - 11:48pm LAWRENCE — A benefit crappie tournament for Special Olympics of Kansas will be April 30 at Clinton Lake. Check-in will be near the marina starting at 5:30 a.m. the day of the tournament. Boats will take off at 7 a.m. and a mandatory weigh-in starts at 2 p.m. The marina location is 1329 E. 800th Rd., Lawrence. The tournament will use Boat Ramp No. 2. Registration before April 22 is $80 for a two-person team. Day of tournament registration fee is $100.
