Hello all, we just got back from vacation in Colorado. We sure had a blast and got extra blessed with a sighting of endangered Cutthroat Trout of Bear lake. Its spawning season so the male fish was very red in color and stunning, he was quite big. I'll post some photo's of where they was hiding when I get on the lap top. I tried to get shots of the fish but they were excellent hiders. The water in this lake was crystal clear. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LTJ6BaUiOko if you want to see what the lake looks like you can watch this video I took.
He had swam up a small stream coming off the mountain and was under some roots. He was one smart fish. I am pretty sure I got a good look at the females tale looking though a hole over the top of where they were, she was not nearly as brightly colored as he was.
