Hmmm...I found some stuff on one of the forums and it's making it sound like a salt mix. I do think I have used what YOU are talking about awhile back, then my LFS stopped selling it. No, it's a 2 part calcium/alk buffer and you dispense part 1 then part 2. Never had any issues with PH, alk or Calcium since changing over. I believe it's made by ESV products. Phosban in a home made reactor took care of that problem. You really need either a quality test kit or take a sample to your LFS and have it checked. Rick
