[S&F and Reef Aquariums] VERY cloudy tank: UGH!! :~(

 

I tried everything to clear this water> (90 gallon tank) ~ I tried my (Vortex filter) - (UV Sterilizer) - (Water clarifier) - everything I could think of, but nothing worked! SOOO- I drained the whole tank and started over. (new set up). This all happened because I was feeding my very LARGE Lion, Panther Grouper, & porcupine Puffer large live shrimp, and one must have got away and hid behind a rock and died. It also polluted the tank. UGH!!!  It's ok, tho, because I don't mind working on the tank, especially to have clean-clear water. It's just a good thing that my corals weren't established yet. They are in my 30 gallon tank for about 3 weeks till this tank gets established.  I miss my 75 gallon tank and will eventually get another one:~)  I have a RO-DI water unit and it takes forever to fill this tank. Drip-drip-drip-drip` Lol... I'll send pics without the corals, when I finish setting it up, maybe today or tomorrow?      Annie~
