Well when I did it when raising Angel Fish 30 years ago,  I found the Female Breeding tube a little bit larger in diameter and a little more blunt then that of the male.  The closer a possible pair got  to spawn , the details I mentioned seem more pronounced.  If you have two you think are a pair, concentrate on the breeding tubes.  Hopefully they look as I described.

Hi With the upturn in angel fish chat please has anybody got some way of sexing angel fish other waiting till they are gravity. I have a possible pairing but for all i know they might just being pally or one is just a bit fat or constipated. Any quess is better than waiting its driving me nutts.
