Tim,
Thanks for the brief lesson in taxation. I don't understand why a group of
aquarium hobbyist, such as a large club which may buy enough merchandise
from Amazon.com to make a large enough difference, take them to Federal Court
-- unless they all feel that they wouldn't win. The Federal Court's time
has got to be expensive, and that alone may be the deterrent, but if such a
group would win (and I see no other alternative in the light of things), that
practice by Amazon.com would get struck down real fast as would Arkansas's
law mandating sales taxes be charged by this company. Good chance too, that
the State of Arkansas might well be ordered to pay back all sales taxes then
deemed illegally levied.
Looks like you have your tank set ups thoroughly planned. With moving them
to an inner wall, you may be quite surprised about the difference in algae
trying to grow in the tanks. As for breeding different species in the same
conditions, it looks like you must be doing something right. Most species
are quite adaptable too, which makes things a bit easier, but all of your
fishes must appreciate your water parameters.
I like the way your Hornwort grows. Part of that method would be very easy
for me to do -- the part with coming up with an empty 5 quart ice cream
container every month. Why, I could come up with two every month (LOL),
realizing the ice cream fiend that I am if I let myself overindulge.
