Connie,
I presume you saw Donna's most recent message (?). While Dr. Tim states
that your tank is cycled -- and it well may be -- we (Donna and I) are
suggesting not to add ANY fish yet, as a precaution, until you see how your
complete lack of Prime affects your present fish. We both feel you shouldn't have
a 2 ppm ammonia reading, even though it may be erroneous. By that time too,
when you no longer have any Prime in your water, your test result should
show Zero ammonia. If it doesn't, you'll know that the precaution was worth
the wait. Watch for any adverse effects with the fish you have now (and be
ready to add Prime again if you need to).
