Ammonia is holding at 2.0 both before and after water changes in the tank.
The tap water is .25 ammonia.

OK, now Connie, what if any, is your ammonia
showing BEFORE the water change? I remember showwhere
back you said that you had ammonia from your source, I took
speical note of that because I have the same problem.
