I wish I could come down to Toledo Bend and stay untill May 1st. I came down there the frist week of March every year starting in 1968 until 1990. In 1984 I spent 6 weeks fishing Toledo Bend. I camped at Grapevine Landing all those years. The first bass I caught there was 7lb 15oz and was my personal best untill 2004 when I gaught a 9lb 14oz at Lake Fork. Sure miss fishing "The Bend".
