[tropical fish club] ich,but not ich

 

Hi. It seems the initial improvement in my Gourami were short lived, he now seems to be getting much worse.

I have rearranged my fish and now have him in a fully cycled 30litre q tank, I have posted some more pictures and you can clearly see what I believe is fungus on he's ventral fins, if someone could confirm it is defiantly fungus at least I know I am treating him correctly.

I re-dosed the tank with the fungus/fin rot meds (phenoxyethanol) but to no avail.

Any more suggestion would be welcome. Pics in Photos/cris.1117 tank.
