[tropical fish club] New to group and question

In our 180 gallon freshwater aquarium, we raise African cichlids. Mainly yellow labs and some blue cichlids. They are very prolific because they have a lot of cover. Is there a predator that would control the numbers of young who survive but not hurt our adults. We currently have a peacock cichlid and an African catfish but they do not seem to be hurting the numbers of young who are surviving. Any suggestions? I will post a picture of our setup so you can see the amount of cover the fish have.
