Re: [Flyfishing The West] Cat Hair as Dubbing??

Rob, I have used Springer Spaniel dog hair for Wets and Nymphs. Only used the Red/Tan hair not the White, on 10 and 12 D/E

The most successful however was MINK! Dark brown/Black. This was used on small rivers and streams here in Australia as

Black Beetle 12 and 14 U/E. I used just the normal dubbing wax.

The story of how I got the Mink, a life times supply, has nothing to do with Flyfishing so don't ask!

Cheers,

Tim.

Just noticed your date stamp has 19 not 29?
