You can buy an acrylic aquarium directly from the manufacturer, and
eliminate any shipping charges too, if you live near one of their drop off points.
Try Twin Oaks (Glass Cages) in Tennessee. They'll make just about any size
tank you want, to order. They're an independent, family run -- Tom, Beth &
David Fiala -- all-glass and acrylic aquarium and terrarium manufacturer in
Dickson, TN (1500 E. Piney Road).
They have a weekly schedule of drop offs of ordered tanks, that they will
drive your tank to in their trailer, to a centrally located area near many
major cities for you to pick up if your near any of these location. If you're
not near a drop off location, an acrylic tank is light enough so as to be
able to ship at a reasonable fee.

their page that opens to their schedule. Next week, they'll be dropping off
at various locations in the mid-West. They have a regular loop of drop off

While I see you want an acrylic aquarium, for anyone ordering a glass
aquarium, one must specify they want an "aquarium," since they'll then make your
tank with heavier glass than they would use in a terrarium.
