remove your tankcover/light,, lay the towels one at a time on the water suface, it will immediately saturate, pick it up by the front two corners, material on the surface gets hung or absorbed by the towel as you pick it up, water tension and the texture of the towel keeps it from dripping back off,, discard the wet towels, repeat as needed till you are satisfied with the results,,
---newspaper cut in strips also will work, but the softer texture of the paper towel is more effective
