I find this very sad. People exploiting animals and ripping off unsuspecting people, especially children, just to make a fast buck... I was reading the info listed at the link and where it said that a bowl would work for such a thing... doesn't matter how peaceful the fish species is, if you put 6 of them into a bowl you're going to have an issue with aggression, especially if more than 1 male is present... and that is only one of many potential problems waiting for the people who buy these kits.
What a shame that this COULD be a good thing, a positive educational experience, if the company would use it to educate people properly and thoroughly about the hatching, raising, and needed care for killiefish. They could also use it as a conservation effort to bring awareness of what is happening to our ecosystem and the natural habitats of these fish and what we as people could be doing to help save it, preserve it, and appreciate it.

Hey all have you seen this on the market.
Its killie fish eggs called "magic powder".
At least the care instructions are better than the Grow a Frog kit where they
tell you to keep the frogs in tiny cubes and don't explain anything about the
need to change the water. I have a hard time beliving you would be able to
hatch enough BBS to feed 6 fry.
I wonder if the killie groups have seen these. I've seen adds for these running
on Qubo (kids channel) .
I hope they are a breed that don't grow and get mean like so many of them do.
