Hi Larry,
I remember them but am wondering about location? I lived my early years
in Northeast Philly. When these came out they were band immediately as
"weapons" in the city and removed from the market but I'm thinking about some of our friends out in the Mid-West like Oklahoma or Kansas? Probably with more space these went over big and with little incident.
With the Hula-Hoops, they went two ways in my neighborhood. One for size of the hoop itself and the other was the color. Every house-hold on the block had at least twelve! Think about that on the way to the bank!
Ah, the good old days! Wham-O----ya gotta lovem'
Bill
