[tropical fish club] Should I change my filter?

 

OK, as you all know my tank is cycling.
It will be 4 weeks old this Wednesday.
The Penguin Filter instructions say to change
the filter pads every 2 to 4 weeks.

Well, with the tank cycling do I change this pad
this Wednesday? Or do I wait until the tank has
cycled??
