Hi Ray
thanks for replying,
I'm not that worried about the hob filters, they aren't too large. One is a marina s10 slim and the other is the med size aquaclear, 50 i think it is. I figure having three filters would mean overfiltered, i don't mean strong circulation. I just want to make sure there is enough water turnover. i have been changing about 50% for the 4 younger ones but sounds like i could cut back to 25% a week for the two angels. Right now size wise the bigger angels are about 2 1/2, to 3 in across, one is a bigger than the other. the ones i moved are problity less than 2 inch across. When i got the baby angels than were smaller than the size of my thumb nail. From looking at everyone, sounds like moving the two bigger ones to a tank of their own seems like the good idea. they are like shadows of each other always together. This way no stress for the younger ones or older ones. i know that neither of these angels are very old. I got all these fish from a friend who breds angels. Two were large enough to go into the main tank right away, and she gave me 4 of the tiny ones as she though i'll enjoy growing them out myself. At first i had them in a 5 gal tank until they got big enough to move to the 25gal.
thanks again
dianne
