By "Cotton Mouth Disease," I'm assuming it has a white, fungusy-appearing
growth on its mouth. While this is not a fungus, but instead a bacterial
(Flexibacteria) growth, this disease -- Columnaris -- is best treated with
either Oxytetracycline (not Tetracycline) or Furan 2 (Nitrofurazone and
Furazolidone): I prefer the latter.
