Hi Karen: I have an angel with big lips (like Angelina). She's had it for a long time and eats like the rest of them, etc. I don't have any other angels with it and is doing ok. I read about the virus it could be and there's nothing you can do for it. Other fish with it have been fine. I would hate to put this angel somewhere by itself as it's the only one I have left from when I used to raise them (4 years old). sorry I couldn't be of more help. Deborah
